• Provide guidance/coaching of workplace issues; including but not limited to employee relations, interpret company policies and procedures and disciplinary actions
• Assist with developing programs, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with all current and proposed HR laws
• Investigate internal and external employment cliams
• Develop reports from HRIS
• Assist with benefits and compensation plans;disseminate information
• Ability to represent companyh inhearings from governmental agencies
• Coordinate recruitment process; initiating requisitions, reviewing job descriptions, postings, emphasis on sourcing open positions in a healthcare environment, prescreening interviews, completing offers and the pre-employment processes
• Develop and execute a recruitment program to attract and retain talent for the Salaried and Exempt workforce nationwide
• Asist with the implementation and management of a new candidate tracking system. Provide recommendation for operational change, implementation, and adherence
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor candidate flow, selection and turnover

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
• Must have recruitment experience in Healthcare; preferably in a medical services environment (corporate experience a plus)
• Five years of generalist experience is required with excellent judgement
• Knowledge of multi-state local, state, and federal labor laws and performance standards
• Experience in coducting investigations
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively and work within a diverse environment with multiple organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage others professionally and diplomatically on sensitive issues
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, and Execel.
• Advanced experience in Excel is required
